I started Apt Planning Co because I believe a denial isn't the end of the story. It just means something's in the way, and we can figure out what it is and clear it. We help you build an application that landlords actually say yes to.
Why I Started
In 2023, I was the one who needed these services. I'd been denied again and again, and I honestly believed I'd never get approved. I tried everything I could think of. I even offered three months of rent upfront as the security deposit. I still got denied. That moment reshaped the way I saw the housing world.
Most people in my position are told this is the end of the road: wait seven years for an eviction to fall off, then try again. That's not true. Whatever's in your way can be figured out and cleared. I lived it. I was the one who needed the help, so I decided to be the one who gives it now. That's why Apt Planning Co exists: to be the team I wished I'd had, for the next person standing where I stood.
